Yes, there was such a joke in Luxor: they lead you from some object, and there are a lot of sellers, they run after you, offer some kind of souvenir cat and shout: "One pound! One pound!" FUCK!!! Do not be fooled and do not stop - otherwise the price of a cat immediately rises sharply to almost $ 50! :))) They lie to make you stop-- and then press on. I “bought” just like that, stopped, pulled out 1 pound, stupid - so then I barely unhooked it, they grab it right by the hands, they get confused between the legs, they don’t let me even take a step! Not fatal, of course, this little theater can be seen, but only ONCE - why would you waste precious time and then catch up with the guide, and not hear all the interesting things? The Arabs are affected by the word "Halas!" ("That's enough") - if you say it with a frowning formidable look, making a better face - it takes on the connotation of the word "Fuck off!" :)))
