From my own experience, I know three hotels with excellent beaches: Shedwan Festival 3 *, Beirut 3 * and Grand Plaza 4 *. The best of them is the Grand Plaza, but the Shedwan Festival will give odds to any hotel: there are three large beaches, one super-beach Laguna, right behind it - coral reefs with an abundance of fish.
