From my experience, Dessole hotels are very "Russian" hotels. My last two visits to Dessole Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh in Hurghada and Dessole Royal Rojana in Sharm, I just got 100% "Russian races" (by "Russians" I mean Russian speakers, because Ukrainians and Belarusians also came across)
