Do Azur Air planes take off on time or with a delay?
I read a lot of negative reviews about Azur Air. We fly with them next week from Boryspil to Hurghada. With a small child. Honestly, the desire to fly was completely gone.

It's like luck. I flew them 2 times, once I sat at the airport for 10 hours, the other time everything was on schedule. No charter carrier ever gives a 100% guarantee that the plane will depart on schedule.

You do not get upset ahead of time. It happens differently, as luck would have it. In 2015, I flew from Boryspil - everything was just on "Hurray"! Even, quite unexpectedly, fed! From Hurghada - the flight was delayed by 2.5-3 hours. Last year - from Boryspil the flight was delayed for 3 hours, from Hurghada they took off on time. True, no longer fed. But this is a charter, anything is possible. Again, flights are weather related. Rest assured that everything will be fine and don't worry! Have a good rest and pleasant flights!

Azuras are the clearest among charters. Boryspil did not let out half a day on the 10th of January, flights were absorbed until night. We had a flight at 4 am on the 11th, they were also afraid to be pushed back, but everything was clear, we flew out only 10 minutes later because the wings were defrosted. Don't forget, winter is coming! Delayed flights are the norm, especially for charters. Azuir air ze best on egy, steward pilots on top

We deliberately postponed the day of departure from Kyiv in order to fly out of Hurghada at 19-30 on the way back. The return charter on the last day was changed to 8 am, i.e. 1 day of rest was deliberately stolen. It was not only our opinion, but the whole bus that went to the airport in Hurghada.

You know the saying - "to be afraid of wolves - do not go into the forest!". There is nothing to know in advance. But if you and a one-year-old child are not afraid to fly to Egypt in January (as you know, children need at least a week to acclimatize, and such a sharp change in weather in winter is a rather big risk for a child, and children under 3 years old are not recommended to change the climate at all) then flight delays are not to be feared! And troubles can happen with any, even the most reliable carrier. Don't think about it and everything will be fine.

Yes, you are right about the smell. Apparently, this is due to the proximity of the desert. I also love the smell of the sea. It is especially acute in winter. Enjoyed it somehow in January Evpatoria. But Egypt is something special and the sea is incredible!

Well, I don’t feel any nostalgia for Crimea (((and I wouldn’t take children there now - no conditions, prices are space. A hotel on the beach with good food, sun loungers, more or less decent is very expensive. And I won’t say anything about the service at all .. ..I love to RELAX comfortably!!!!

In December, we flew out 2 hours later, but we were warned and we happily stayed at the hotel. Today, too, delayed for a couple of hours. I always check flights around Boryspil. Our flight is lit up at one in the morning, so it was also supposed to take off at about nine. Last year, finally, they gave us a whole day. So far, we are lucky with the Azuras!
