I just ordered such a tour from TezTour. They have cruises for 4 days Luxor-Aswan or Aswan-Luxor. Cruises start on Sunday or Wednesday respectively. And there you just adjust to the dates of departures from your city. I have, for example, first 3 nights in one hotel, then a cruise, and one more night already in another hotel. I chose the hotels myself.
