Rested in Safaga in July. The heat is well tolerated, unless, of course, you don’t go on excursions to the desert - I don’t advise with a child, but for adults it’s not scary. Resting in a hotel near the sea is absolutely wonderful, the water is warm, you can not go ashore for a long time. But, of course, leave the beach after 11 and come back after 16. Then everything will be fine.

You can go, really I was much more comfortable there in 36 degrees than here in 26. Just take light clothes for yourself and your child with long sleeves. I recommend the hotel Dana Beach Hurghada 5 for a child, a wonderful entry into the sea. The sea doesn't go anywhere. Corals can not be taken.

No one writes that it is impossible to swim in Egypt without a mask - the water is so salty that it will eat out your eyes. Yes, the reef in Sharm is interesting, the fish are beautiful - but getting in, getting off the pontoon dangling on the waves is another problem. I have never met worse people than the Egyptians, they feed (and do everything else) according to the principle - here you go and shit yourself. At 6 pm they are kicked out of the pools. It's hot, you can only move from shade to shade during the day. This land is as dead as the lunar surface - nothing grew there and did not live from the beginning, all the water is imported, the territory is watered with sewage, and then there is amber. Walks only after sunset. Once and never again.

I’ll add here that you can unsuccessfully relax in any country and the country is not always to blame for this. If you chose not the best time for your vacation, and even a cheaper hotel, then this is not the country's fault, it's just that you were inattentive in choosing the time and choosing the hotel.
