There are juices in the morning and freshly squeezed on the beach for $ 2, but I would not give them to a child. We always took water with us (the first time we didn’t take it and the rest was ruined - the child had a temperature and vomiting from local water) and we also take juices, and also throw in porridge in jars (Hipp) and vegetable purees. The bag will be big, but you will have a good rest.
