+21 water can be only in February and I don't remember such a cold. In this shallow water, the water is warmer than at depth. At +21 during the day it cannot be cool even for albinos, especially on the beach. I strongly doubt about staying in the "next hotel" ... no reviews, no photos, no live information ... only on-duty advice and standard clichés. But I have no doubts about being well-read, good memory and analytical mind.
