The Globus travel agency in the city of Saransk offered us the Tropicana Grand Oasis Hotel, which, as it turned out, had already been renamed. Those. we were not even informed about the renovation of the hotel. In addition, we were sold a ticket to 5 stars. We went to Egypt for the first time, did not know anything about him. Firstly, we arrived at the hotel at 10.30 local time, and we were settled in the room at 14.20, as we were told that in Egypt the check-in time was 14.00. We arrived 45 people who were sitting at the reception in warm clothes. Some changed in the toilet. They settled us in the 4th building on the first floor. The room is dirty, the plumbing is old with stubborn stains and water stone, huge ants crawl and sometimes lizards run in. We were not relocated due to the lack of rooms.
