The beach is good, I didn’t notice the currents there, however, my girlfriend is generally afraid of water and then swam without any problems. We lived in the Aqua Park, this is the 2nd line, a great hotel , and we went to the beach through Albatros Beach, we didn’t like it at all, it’s really shabby. We rested in January, no current, if you didn’t notice swimming along the coral reef (we didn’t swim far into the sea). The breeze blew almost constantly, but in summer, unlike winter, I think it's even nice.

We were in Tirana in November 2011, in general, not bad, but I would not go there again, I rested in albatrosses 2 times, though in Hurghada, the difference is big. Tirana has a narrow and elongated territory, if you live in the last buildings, then you need to overcome several descents to the beach. The beach is not comfortable, there are few sunbeds, the course is decent, but if you swim normally, then it is tolerable, if you are traveling with children, definitely not to this hotel.

I rested in the nearby Sea Magic (Piramsa), where the territory is huge and it was a thrill to walk along it.
I always choose hotels with a larger area for walking!!!

Came back yesterday. About the beach: the entrance is only from the pantone, but slippers are not needed. The hotel has 2 beaches, so there are plenty of places. In the morning there are waves, but a lot of fish, and in the afternoon the sea is as smooth as glass. We really enjoyed. About food: neither we nor the child went hungry. Always cook on an open fire: something new and fresh (reduces the risk of poisoning!!)

This hotel is also located on a cape, there is always a wind, I will not say that it is strong, but there is.
