If you have already paid for the tour, but the documents are not on hand, this does not mean that you can change the hotel. Documents will be given to you in a "package" 2-3 days before departure. But why are you disappointed? You really weren't there. Always drive with a positive attitude!!! Remember this and even the most miserable 2 * can seem wonderful and everything around will be GOOD.
