The representative of this company, namely Ahmed (the company is located at the entrance to the old city near the shopping center, unfortunately I don’t remember the name) promised us a two-day excursion to Israel for $ 190 per person, we agreed. Later it turned out that this is a one-day tour, stretched over two days and it costs $ 120 per person. Those who rode with us on the bus and took a tour from other representatives and other tour agencies paid 120 dollars. So, we have been deceived. And when we asked to return at least 100 dollars to us, Ahmed flatly refused, citing non-existent insurance. Very unpleasant. We will no longer contact this agency and will tell all our acquaintances and friends about such a fraud. Check the program of excursions with representatives of travel agencies, do not overpay like we do and keep receipts to try to prove something.
