There will be wind. It all depends on the air temperature. You will not feel the heat and the wind much (only when you leave the water), you will feel cool here, especially when the sun closes like a cloud.

Wind in Egypt in winter is a mandatory natural phenomenon. Swimming is for seasoned tourists only.
