We rested in Helnan Marina in late March - early April 2017. We liked the hotel very much! Small but cozy. We were placed on the 5th floor. The view from the balcony is amazing. The room is clean, fresh and comfortable. You can wait out the midday heat in rattan chairs in the shade on the balcony. The food in the restaurant is delicious, a lot of vegetable salads, cheeses, meat, incredible desserts. The beach, I'm sure, is the cleanest on the coast of Naama Bay, 50 meters from the hotel. The bottom of the sea is sandy. Lots of colorful fish. Every morning, cheerful, active, but unobtrusive animators invited to water aerobics, yoga, darts, table tennis competitions.

This and last year, they paid for a standard room with a sea view on the tour (3rd and 4th floors, there is no balcony, but the windows are "French" type to the floor and to the entire wall, sliding, outside the window there is a wrought-iron balcony parapet with railings). Nobody was given any chocolates, and the cleaners were not paid either. All our requests were answered promptly by the staff. I don’t know, maybe I’m just so lucky))) But in principle, I’m not very picky. We were in the room only at night and a couple of hours after dinner ... There was no time to consider any shortcomings)) The water in the room is free of charge, the one that was on the table. In the refrigerator for a fee. We bought water in a store two buildings from the hotel on the same side of the street. You can also ask a sim there.

On the sea and from the sea you can go directly in a bathing suit through the third floor on the bridge (exit opposite the elevator) or in outerwear through the hall (first floor). If it was windy, they settled down by the pools. Immediately after the buoys to the right there are boulders around which beautiful fish swim. (The price of a taxi was clarified in advance. Cunning taxi drivers like to break the price.) There is a beautiful mosque. During the day I liked it better. But at night with backlighting is also spectacular. You can enter for free. Do not hesitate to contact the reception with wishes and claims. But I always smile and they smile at me in return)) and they quickly fix problems. In the room of my mother and daughter (on the 3rd floor), the shower head was a little junk. Replaced while they were at lunch. If anything, do not hesitate to ask to change the number if something happens! Argument simply clearly your claims and insist.
