If possible, you should book rooms with sea views or rooms in the Royal Wing buildings. It is not worth giving bribes at the reception, the hotel staff is very holding on to their jobs and will do everything as well as possible. The hotel has a heated main pool (the largest in Sharm El Sheikh), there are small slides, the road from the beach is tiring, as the stairs are quite high and steep.
