Rested from 17.02 to 25.02.2112. The hotel is excellent, the food, the animation and the beach are just super! And for some shuffling of the rooms, just do not pay attention, do not bother. The main thing when you order a ticket, order a room syperrior sia, i.e. a room with a sea view. We paid extra 700 rubles for it and we had a gorgeous view and a great room.

1) We went 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) settled in 1 small room with 4 beds.
2) The room was changed without any problems to a room in the villa (on the 6th day) and for free!
3) you have to ask for shampoo and shower gel yourself at the reception, they just won’t bring it.
4) you take toilet paper from the cart in the corridor or ask at the reception desk.
5) in the main building the rooms are not 5 *, but clean and without animals.
6) in villas, rooms are at best 3 * and with animals (lizards, cockroaches). But at the first request they come and sea (by the way, if you are in a room, then with you)
