Depends on what you are used to eating.
We are always satisfied with food in Egypt, even in 3 *.
They often have peppery stewed vegetables, and indeed a lot of seasonings (for an amateur).
It is better not to take salads ready-made, it is better to take vegetables in pieces and season with vinegar and olive oil standing next to you, or other seasonings to your taste.

We were a month earlier, but I read the review of evgeniyasss and got the impression that we had not been at all.
I don’t know what kind of requests people have, if they had nothing to eat in Albatross. Look at my blog - a review and a photo from the hotel, there is a photo of "salads" -8 salads. And that's just in one of the restaurants. The rest are the same, + raw vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, grated carrots, greens). I can’t remember all the side dishes either, but always: boiled potatoes + baked + french fries, rice with vegetables and in Tagine, separately, pilaf. 3 types of pasta. Beans in different variations. Cauliflower, spinach, broccoli... Of the meat at dinner, at least quail and beef, be sure - kufta - this is from what is on the grill.
From fruits - oranges, grapefruit, guava, dates, apples, pomegranates, bananas.
as for Egypt, the Albatross is an excellent choice (especially given the fairly affordable prices for tours).
By numbers - really, 20 bucks work wonders :-)

Completely agree with Lu-la-la's review! We stayed at this hotel in April 2010. with a child (4 years). There was plenty of food, everyone was full, their stomachs did not hurt. we also gave 20 bars and we were put in a good room. The service is excellent. You can give a couple of dollars to the bartenders and they will not leave you)))) (especially on the beach). Have a nice holiday! Positive emotions!!!!!

And we rested there as a 2.5-year-old child - we really liked it, don't worry about the food - it's in bulk and of pretty good quality, at home you hardly have such a variety on the table. They gave us a chic room without any extra charge, maybe because they were sleeping with a child in their arms, or maybe because they checked in late (almost at 12 at night), but in any case, first look at what they offer you according to the standard, you will always have time to pay extra. The territory is gorgeous , green. clean, beautiful and large, but it is better to settle in buildings near the active pool - closer to the sea, to restaurants, reception and a children's water park (see photos here http://vkontakte.ru/album15652840_110162225) Have a nice stay!

I have been in Egypt 10 times and there have never been any problems with food, the one who does not manage the kitchen herself is naughty. If she cooked herself, she would be happy.
