I have never seen irons in hotels, and have never even heard of them. And I really don’t think that substances can suffer so much from them in 1-2 weeks. Better than carrying extra cans. I only take hair balm with me.

There are shampoos and shower gels in the ROYAL GRAND CHARM room, but even bottles of incomprehensible quality, so they didn’t dare to use them :-)
We asked for an iron and an ironing board at the reception, they brought it within 20 minutes, then they took it away, we did not pay money for the iron and brought it / took it away.
