Sultan Gardens or Royal Rojana Resort
Help me choose between Sultan Gardens and Royal Rojana Resort. Who was in these hotels, advise? Interested in a good sea, warm pools and animation. We are planning for the end of March. 2 adults + 2 children (8 and 10).

Well, you must! It was between these two hotels that I struggled all summer: which one to choose! :) It's funny...
We still chose the Sultan. With regards to the beach: the sun sets a little earlier on it - in Rodzhan it will still shine for about 15 extra minutes. We went on a general excursion to Ras Mohammed. We had people from Rojana. Everyone seemed to be happy, only now they all (!!!) had an upset stomach from food (take medicine!), while we didn’t have it in the Sultan, although they ate from the belly. I asked more about Rodzhan, but concluded that they are similar in many ways. Well, maybe the corals in Rojan are a little prettier (there are boats constantly scurrying about from this), but the beaches of Sharma after Taba seemed dangerous: the waves are thrown at the corals, somehow you are restless while in the water. I won’t go to Sharm anymore - it was better and cheaper in Taba. Next time we are in the beloved Hilton Taba. :)
p.s. We had room 101, it seems: they settled for baksheesh. All evenings, quiet live music under the windows, on the other hand, the main beach.
It’s far from the sea, but because of the baby, we didn’t go there much, alas. Between the beach and the restaurant, in my opinion, 200-300 rooms. It's quiet there. Usually from there I saw always Italians.

And how many of you traveled, did you pay extra for an extra bed in the room? There are four of us and in Rojan, I know, there is no additional payment. How are things in the Sultan? And do they remove the bracelets there on the day of departure at 12.00 after the room has been returned, is it possible to use the hotel services (except for the room) before the evening departure?

We were 3 adults and a 3 year old daughter. We lived in a one-room apartment. it is large and we were comfortable, especially since we didn’t always intersect: my husband and I spent more time by the sea ourselves, my mother and my daughter at the pools. The room has two huge beds: mother and daughters slept on one. They didn’t cut off the bracelets from us - they are still in my daughter’s toys to this day. :)

And the bracelets were cut off from us at 12-00, and the hotel services could be used if the room was extended, it costs $ 50. We rested in November 2010! the sea is about 7 minutes, you think it’s far away, and even if you’re too lazy, you can get to the taf-taf, from the reception desk every 10 minutes.

oks 66 - Well, just don't argue.
My husband burned his entire back on the corals (weightlifter, athlete, excellent swimmer), as far as I know, the waves still interfered. I was burned twice when descending into the sea from a platform on corals (not from Pantone). Of course, the wave of the wave of discord ... Another day was very quiet. So, you are more fortunate in November. I don’t think that it’s so far from the restaurant that you have to sit out z ... tsu in a taf-tuff (I never rode it), but for a small child it was difficult to walk in the sun, which is hotter in September from the room to the sea - she was naughty. And we ourselves sometimes wound with my husband back and forth 2-3 times a day. So, read carefully the reviews of others.
And in Taba I really LIKE MORE, and my husband too.

No one is going to argue with YOU, I wrote my opinion, I don’t understand what site you are talking about, there are paths when entering the sea, as many as 3, but the depth from the paths is sufficient so as not to get hurt, you must follow the safety rules, all vacationers walked whole and imagine we didn’t go to the taf-taff, only if from the sea, because there is a climb up the hill. The hotel area is large green and it was nice to walk around! Plus, they have big kids! Perhaps in November it is really more comfortable there!

VERDICT: The hotel is good, even very good! Met all my expectations! Yulia at Guest Relations is just super, thanks to her for everything! I still advise you to go at the end of September-beginning of October - in the first days of September it was still hot. With regards to safety - my husband and I are really crazy, I think if we went to Egypt a month ago, we would definitely have been bitten by sharks.
For some reason, I liked Hilton Taba more (my personal opinion, maybe someone will take note).

ultramarinaM- you liked it in Taba, but tell me, I read that there is wind, is it true? And what about the beach there? My husband really liked the beach in charm, we were in Hurghada before, but these are incomparable things! And in Taba there is a border with Israel, did you go on excursions there? Thank you in advance!

In Sharm, everything is somehow different, in Taba we lived in a bungalow in the Hilton: chic service for all nationalities without exception, level, animation, the beach is excellent, and in the middle there is one coral reef around which people swam. The cuisine is much better than in the Sultan!!! Although much better ... :) We went on an excursion to Israel for 1 day (on the 2nd floor we took cheaper tours from one non-Russian-speaking Arab, but in the end, after the border in Israel itself, the Tez-tour bus picked us up). We were on the way from there on the Dead Sea - cool! :) We returned satisfied! I love the Hilton! He somehow reminded me of the Hilton in Dubai ... And in the agencies they tell me that "yes .., this Hilton keeps the brand and you have good taste." The only thing is that from Sharm there is a bus ride until everyone is taken away, 3-4 hours. :( But that's why you pay for this hotel much less than its real value.

You just infected with Taba, now we want to go there! As I understood from the airport, such a road is 3-4 hours long? In addition, we really want to go to Israel! It’s very far from Sharm, we looked at vouchers there, but we were forced to refuse due to the fact that the transfers are night (ride all night), and back! How much did the tour cost and how long does it take? And which tour operator sells tours to Hilton Taba?? Thanks a lot for the replies!

guys, I can't decide between "royal rojana resort" and "sultan gardens resort 5", by the way, I noticed that on many sites there is a war between "fans" of both hotels. Well, tell me where is the best place for young people to relax ?! they seem to say that rojana is famous for its animation, but on the other hand, the fact that there are foreigners in the sultan, it seems to me, is a plus, you can play with them, if they understand.
