Is it worth going?
Dear experienced tourists, advise how to be? We stopped at this hotel only because of the presence of a cool reef (according to the advice and reviews, it is very beautiful). But reading the reviews of tourists, something is quite creepy: the attitude towards Russians (according to the colors of the bracelets), poor food (in almost all reviews), the system of "reserving" sunbeds, tables. The rest arranged everything there: a reef, a small pontoon, the absence of a cliff, a current. Who was there recently? Is everything so sad? We are going, of course, not to overeat, across the sea, or tell me a hotel with a beautiful reef.

Indeed, the best thing is the reef! Food - no frills, a little bit poor, but you won't stay hungry. Baking is great. Beach bar is ok. The rooms are good. As for the attitude towards Russian tourists, nothing negative was noticed. Be friendly - and you will be answered the same. As for the bracelets, those with red bracelets are served free of charge in the lobby bar. Tourists from the CIS wear bracelets of a different color. We did not experience any discomfort, since the difference is only in alcoholic beverages. There is no infrastructure behind the hotel, but a bus runs from the hotel twice a day to the old city. Animation in Russian and Italian, and the amphitheater.
The beach is small but cozy. Sunbeds our tourists "book in the evening" in almost all hotels. That's the way we are. Foreigners hardly go to the beach, they relax by the pool. The hotel is on the second line, 5-7 minutes to the sea along a beautiful alley. In general, the impression of the hotel is positive.

Discrimination is not based on the colors of the bracelets, but in relation to the staff. If you are fine with them, that is. without “well, I fell down, did push-ups, kissed me and rushed like a boar to fulfill all my desires”, but treat like normal people who just do their job, then there is no discrimination (this is from personal experience). We scored on the table reservation system. There are glasses, but there is no place to sit - they sat at this table. No one will kick you out: the one for whom they reserved does not know which table is on the reserve for him, the one who reserved does not have the right to do this, so if the waiter tries to drive you off this table, he does this before the first complaint to the management, then it doesn't work anymore. If you do not claim 4 * Michelin food, then you will not starve. True, the juices on tap were normal at first (very similar to nectars from bags), and on the last day they became like yuppies. Ras Bob reef is one of the best reefs in Sharm. If it's your first time, you'll love it. Just relax with a positive, look at things easier and everything will be good.

I support ReyOk! If the main thing for the TC is the reef, not the feeding - this hotel is quite suitable. I also want to add that a pianist plays in the hall in the evenings. It was very nice to sit with a glass of wine and listen to live music.
Have a nice holiday!

it all depends on how you conduct yourself. Food without frills is for sure, but if you have no pretensions to lobsters and quails, then you will have enough.
The reef is really beautiful.
Understand there is no division of who you are, there is a division of what you are. It's just that even on vacation you need to remain human

I was also in "Tirana" 4 *, I really liked it and in the hotel that is located right on the coast, "Melia Sinai" 5 * did not feel much difference, except that there are several pools in 5 *. The food is standard for Egypt, pastries and fruits for every taste. The attitude of the staff was very positive, a smile and words of gratitude did their job.

Thanks to everyone for the advice and feedback, doubts have disappeared. We are going with my son (15 years old), we are going to Egypt for the second time (before that, Hurghada), we also traveled a little in other countries, on our part we never allowed rudeness and contemptuous attitude, positive is always with us - it's a vacation !!! And another small question (if anyone did), how is the massage?

I agree with those who posted above. The reef is beautiful, the second line is not a problem, just a pleasure to walk along a beautiful alley to the sea (especially after a hearty lunch :)), the attitude of the staff is how you behave, the food is standard for Egypt, but the range and quality in other hotels were better.
As for the massage. We stayed at this hotel a year ago and I took massages from them. They do well, but it all depends on who you get. In terms of cost, you need to negotiate and bargain with Aladdin (if he is still working), he is something like an administrator with them. I paid $50 for 3 massages, although the price started from $105. The principle "for everything in Egypt you need to bargain hard" works. I tried both general and sports massages. Which one you choose is up to you. General weak, relaxing, and sporty invigorating. Good sports did Aladdin. However, if there is a pathology of the spine, it is better not to take risks with sports.
Our stay in Tirana was pleasant. I hope my review will give you optimism.
