Taras, we arrived at the hotel on March 10 at 4-00 on a flight from Istanbul, Anex's bus was standing at the hotel. Five Ukrainians and three of us Russians were immediately invited to a restaurant for an early breakfast. The Ukrainians were immediately given numbers and they went to bed.
We had a Superior room booked through the German TUI from 14-00. The night porter, seeing that we were going to lie down in the lobby on the sofas, immediately offered a room on the first floor with a sea view with free early check-in. The wife said - "No, I don't like it."

We already did something similar in this hotel, though not with an early check-in, but with a free replacement of an economy room with a superior one, I hope that the staff values its regular customers and does not have to resort to drastic measures, although, as I wrote earlier, the experience of radical actions in such situations
