We rested (if it can be called a vacation) from 02/03/19-02/10/19. I will say right away, people who rested in 5 * you cannot go there. There is no service, there is dirt everywhere, disposable tableware at bars, there is a queue everywhere: in bars for beer (you can’t drink anything else) and in restaurants (loudly, the usual canteen). You will not die of hunger, but there is no choice, no assortment. You will be forced to wear towels to the sea and back (and this is the second line), no one will change a wet, cold towel. The water park also sounds loud, all the dirt in the pool (disposable dishes, a swamp from the cement steps along which you climb the slides - only two, not twenty-five, as they say, because there is only one pool with lukewarm water, and not heated ) . You can’t drink swill there, although I want to assure you that we rested in the Grand Plaza, El Mercato - there are excellent cocktails and normal alcohol. Many more complained that there was no hot water, apparently who lived on the 3rd floor. In a word, horror. And besides, I want to warn you: do not mess with the tour operator. JoinUp
