Hardly anyone has been to all the reefs...
He himself was in Savita and sailed on Savoy (Sierra). Sunrise Island and the site near the Hilton ShB (where the construction is, not far from Savita), it’s still worthy from Savoyevsky to the cape (in the direction of 4 seasons, they also say construction is underway (when it was in May, it was going)).
About Domina, only the Sultan is praised in the direction of Maritima (north). Maybe I’ll go and tell you.
I read about Pharaan that corals are already fse ... :(

Vacationing in Sierra. There is a great reef, even tourists from other hotels were constantly brought there. So I think you'll like it there.

papa74 is there reefs not far from Savita? Can you swim there? I saw your picture of Nemo from Savita. Can you really see it while snorkeling??

100% see amphiprion!
Show the place less to everyone. If you look to the sea, 15-20 meters to the left from the pontoon, 1.5 meters deep. To look at him (her), you can not dive at all.
I watched the growth: February 2009 (Savita), December 2009 (Sunrise), May 2010 (Hilton SB). Everything is always in place and sea anemone and amphipriosha.
Although you can find a place higher, on the reef shoal itself, near Concord (to Sunrise). You can easily observe the tide from a distance of 20 cm. If necessary, I’ll show you on the map ...
But my vote is in favor of Sunrise and Hilton (he was himself), Sierra (others recommend). And Savita can swim, it's easy and not stressful ...

Diving is fashionable near any hotel...even in the pool ;)
Near the Hilton there is a Paradise dive site, here the bots are standing ... but what the divers see, the snrklers don't see. And vice versa ;)))

Was in Savita, Sierra and Domina. I got pleasure from reefs and fish everywhere. It is difficult to cast a clear vote in favor of any one. If you add up the pros of the hotels and the reef together, then my rating is this: the first place is definitely Sierra (there were in December 2009 and June 2010). And you can swim around the reef all over the bay, which we did. Second place - Savita (we had a good holiday in November 2008, now the reviews are scaring about queues in the dining room and poor service), third - Domina (April and June 2009), it's a pity that the savings process at this hotel turned the concept of "all inclusive" into "everything is off".

in Domina the reef is rather weak. Phanar is still a good reef. you just have to keep sailing!!
