There was fish, meat, chicken. There were no waves and no wind at the entrance to the pontoon, the nearby Montaza already had a long pontoon and waves. Tiran Island is located in Ras Nasrani, next to Melia, then Montaza and Barona. Once again about the reef. It is beautiful, a wall with grottoes, small gorges, multi-colored corals, you can meet a turtle, Napoleons, stingrays large and small, crocodile fish and many different colored trifles. About wind and waves. There are wind and waves in Barons, Montaz, there are no waves in Melia and Tiran Island. There is no water park. The number of rooms is good, new, clean. You can go for the reef.

Last year in September we were in Tiran Island, we would be happy to visit again. The reef is awesome, there was no wind and waves, while in the hotels next to the left (Montazah, etc.) the wind was strong and stormy decently. The second line did not bother, we were with a child of 4 years old, we walked in the morning. Daughter swam with a mask - absolutely delighted. In 2002, I was in Coral Beach Tiran in February, it was very windy, but swimming was no problem.

If it's not a secret - where is the reef better? We were treated like the dearest guests, they generally carried our daughter in our arms. And all this for a smile, sociability and $ 1-2 - in gratitude to the waiter, we still remember his name.

Just returned from Coral Beach Tirana (rotana) 4 stars. Not bad, but you can find better for the money. I would not recommend it.

The child swims independently with armlets (she didn’t have 2 years when she mastered it), she didn’t have any problems with the mask, but she still doesn’t succeed with the snorkel, water gets into her mouth. The reef is really beautiful, but I don’t swim underwater, so I only saw it from above and on a boat with a transparent bottom.
