I would like to warn travelers. We rested from May 10, 2014 in Sharm, decided to go to Israel and, in order to save money, we took a ticket not from hotel guides, but from representatives of the Vova Tours company. The representative of this company, namely Ahmed (the company is located at the entrance to the old city near the shopping center, unfortunately I don’t remember the name) promised us a two-day excursion to Israel for $ 190 per person, we agreed. Later it turned out that this is a one-day tour, stretched over two days and it costs $ 120 per person. Those who rode with us on the bus and took a tour from other representatives and other tour agencies paid 120 dollars. So, we have been deceived. And when we asked to return at least 100 dollars to us, Ahmed flatly refused, citing non-existent insurance. Very unpleasant. We will no longer contact this agency and will tell all our acquaintances and friends about such a fraud. Check the program of excursions with representatives of travel agencies, do not overpay like we do and keep receipts to try to prove something.
And the whole tour consisted of two temples, the dead sea, and three overpriced shops that we spent more time on than visiting the main sites.

January 2022, excursion from Vova tours to the pyramids from Sharm by bus - horror. The heating in the bus did not work, it was +8 on the street, +15 in the cabin, everyone froze by the time we got to Cairo. The transfer is disgustingly organized, accompanying without knowledge of Russian (a year already in Cairo joins). The guide spoke a little chaotically. Everyone run, run. He quickly told, then 30-40 minutes for an independent examination and then ran. We walked for 40 minutes at the pyramid of Cheops, and 10 minutes at Herfen. 30 minutes for lunch (buffet). Extra visits to shops of papyrus and oils (all this can be bought cheaper at the Old Market and in pharmacies). For $50 it may be ok, given that it's a long drive, but the overall impression is average.

We flew with vova tours to Cairo, were in the museum, sailed along the Nile, went to the pyramids. Not an impression at all. The day is lost in an empty, Russian-speaking guide, you can’t make out what he says, around to the eye is the same thing. The manager not only cheated with visas, but also yelled and wanted to leave at the airport. It’s not that the plane was waiting at the airport for two hours, since they decided to transfer us to the flight later, they drove us even tired for an hour, at least 7 minutes to the hotel. The food in the restaurant was terrible, made of plastic utensils, not a restaurant but an eatery.

The organization is excellent, I liked everything very much, clearly, on time, without unnecessary talk. At the beginning of the trip, the guide Mahmoud gave general information about the program and then had the opportunity to sleep. We climbed the mountain with a Bedouin guide Ida, he speaks English and Russian well, with humor. Everyone climbed at their own pace, they didn’t push anyone, but they always waited for the whole group at the halts.
Despite all the difficulties, having already returned to the hotel and warmed up, the understanding came that all the same it was worth it. We do not regret at all that we made the ascent.
