Charm with small children
Hello, I read a lot of topics about Sharm and the sandy entrance. I understand that these are the leaders of the survey))) And this question has set the teeth on edge for many. But I have a slightly different nuance, the children are very small and afraid of the waves. We need not just sand (in principle, if there are small pebbles or pebbles, it’s not scary), the main thing is that there is at least 1 place on the beach, where it’s shallow. so that the child can calmly rummage on the bank and I don’t worry that after 2 meters the depth begins there. And, judging by the photos of the selected sandy hotels, this is exactly how things are in most of them. The budget is severely limited. While I'm considering Sea Club and Sea Magic. I will be grateful for advice

the leader of questions on Egypt over the past 10 days is "is it safe to go there"
there are hotels with sandy entrance in sharm

I was in Sharm at the Oriental Resort just when my son was a year old. it is very far to the depth. At the shore, about five meters, the water is ankle-deep.

Thanks Marafet.
Sandra, well, it’s a sin for the residents of Moscow to ask this, fewer people die in military Egypt than in the peaceful capital of our Motherland. The question was not about sand, in principle it is not relevant, but about shallow water

Recently returned from charm. We stayed at the Sea Life Hotel. The hotel has a common area with SeaClub, which you are considering, and with another hotel of their own chain, SeaGarden (but it is behind Life on the second line). You can use the entire infrastructure - restaurants, bars, kids clubs, without restrictions. Life and Club stand side by side on the first line.
Even Laifa, even Klaba, went to the restaurant, if desired. The club has a little more choice.
The rooms of the Life and the Club differ only in the fact that in the Club there are plasmas, and in the Life there are ordinary TVs. We never turn it on when we're on vacation. For us it's a dust collector in the room :-)
Friends lived in the Club, the room is the same size.
All bars have juices from dispensers (such as chemical UPI), but there are also packaged delicious juices (mango, guava, apple, orange). You need to ask the bartender to pour the juice from the package.
The staff is very pleasant, the service is top notch both there and there.
The food is very varied. Every evening for dinner in restaurants they arrange evenings of national cuisine of one of the countries - Japanese, Italian, etc.
There is more variety in the Club, but Life also had enough of everything. From fruits - in addition to the standard set, grapes and mountains of watermelon and melon are delicious.

The restaurants have a children's section with small tables, chairs, with cartoons, and often animators ate there, who invited the children to eat with them.
Another pleasant thing for children - ice cream for lunch and dinner was taken in the children's area for free.
The beach is huge. The territory is gorgeous, beautifully landscaped. In terms of territory, my husband and I liked the Life part more - it is all in wood and stone, with a pond, more comfortable.
Good animation. But for a mini-disco, we recommend going to the SeaClub amphitheater. There, the animators are more active and cheerful, and the stage is often beautifully decorated with palm branches, and in the middle of the dance, their hero parrot Morgan comes out to the children :-) the children are delighted.
The beach is nicer at Life. On its right side there is a lagoon, where adults are waist or chest deep. And if you walk slowly along the sea for 5 minutes, there is a beach with a smooth entrance very close by.
If you go further (about 1 km to the right of Life, to the hotel under construction, then there is generally an excellent beach, many went and praised it), but we didn’t go there with the kids. We had enough.
We were in Sea Magic a year ago.
The hotel is good, but in SeaLife we liked it much more with the child, and our friends.
We recommend Sea Life as a hotel for families with children!

Thanks Natasha, but what about the usual children's slides and water and children's pools both in the life club and in Magic?

I was in the Sea Club. I don’t know how it is now, but then the entrance to the sea was somewhere waist-deep. Then the corals. Those. swimming with children is not very comfortable on the beach, as there is no shallow water "ankle-deep". I don’t know, maybe the beach has changed ... I was in it about 5 years ago.
