The price of the Sultan is not at all budget, for this price the choice is quite large. I advise you to look at the Blue Bay Reef Oasis. On the reef it will be better. Sensatori in the same bay with Melia, there is a very beautiful reef. Another option in this price range is Domina. There is a whole network of hotels in one place with a common infrastructure.
