In Regency there is no reef at all, the pontoon is 350 meters, the depth can be up to 3 m, the food is normal, the rooms are in C with adjacent doors, the building with numbers 5000 is ugly, I think the Albatross is brighter, although depending on what the price of the issue is.

I agree, if you need a reef, then Sharks Bay is better (Island View, Concord, Sierra, Hilton, just not Siwa), Ras-Um-Sid (Jazz Phanara, etc., and you can pick up hotels, depending on what is more important for you personally .

Honestly, reefs are more important for us, so when we got to Regency by fortune, only the sea upset us, we went to dive right into the Old Town, and now the service is probably not the same everywhere, but this is my personal opinion. Choose only what is acceptable for you. Have a nice holiday !

But all the bars will be under the scorching sun, so I do not advise. Consider hotels in Makadi (Hurghada). There is windy and smooth entry into the sea, there are some nice corals (depending on the hotel).

If we are to choose between hotels, then Albatross is better both in terms of food and infrastructure. Both hotels in the NABC reefs are not very good there. Both have a long pontoon. And a very "slow" entry into the sea. There in summer there is not such a current as in winter, the winds also allow you to get a pleasant coolness. But to burn out in sunny weather, in the wind is a matter of half an hour. Just be careful.
