Marsyanchik flew on November 24 to Hurghada with TUI and Windrows. RB for 2.5 months. They changed the time 2 times, as a result they threw it for the whole day. The Windrows allegedly broke down. We were just in shock!

I expected such troubles from them, but surprisingly the flight “there” went well, they flew on time and without transfers. But the flight back was delayed by 6 hours. I looked at the scoreboard - there were delays with other airlines, I can’t blame the joint in this particular situation. Of the pluses - at the airport they handed out pizza and a drink on tickets. Of the minuses - there are internal doubts that the management of Joint and Bravo knew in advance about the flight delay, because. the bus very slowly collected tourists from hotels for transfer to the airport.
