Also was on the Costa Bravo in Lloret de Mar in 2007. The hotel was a 10-minute walk from the beach, the beach is free, umbrella + sunbed = about 10 euros. and we were in Costa Dorado, a chic vacation, amazing food in a 3 * hotel (you can read my review), 80 km. from Barcelona, Salou, near PortAventura, like Disney Land, no purses and theft.
