Ivan, good afternoon!
Until next summer, a lot of water will flow away, what prices will be - no one can tell you now. Unless a fortuneteller :) Every year everything changes (more often upwards). You can walk around the websites of various travel agencies right now, ask the price (I don’t write which agencies, because I don’t know who works in Irkutsk). The situation is the same with the issue of discounts on accommodation and flights for children.
Moreover, the prices for holidays in Spain are very different in different resorts (especially since the Canary Islands are also Spain), so you better decide where you want to go.

Regarding pricing, I agree 100% with verdandi. Regarding the place of rest with children, I can advise the city of Salou, we were there and really liked it))) near Port Aventura, like Disney Land, I think the children will be very interested!

THANK YOU FOR THE FEEDBACK! Yes, we consider the SOLO resort as the operator of TEZTOUR as the largest and hopefully reliable who was on the coast of COSTO - DORADO share tips for relaxing at this time of the year is very hot? Will it be difficult for children to go on excursions? just hunting for a holiday on this and making plans in advance

If July - yes, it will be very hot, not only on the Costa Dorada, but generally everywhere in Spain. How difficult it will be for your child to go on excursions depends, first of all, on the child. But, most likely, it is not easy - well, except for water parks and PortAventura.
As for the operator - we had "Time Tour", and it turned out that we were replaced by a hotel, however, they compensated for this with dinners (we paid for HB), so everything worked out.

By the way, km888 writes correctly - with children it is better to go to the Salou area to take them to Port Aventura. Moreover, when we were there, the prices were quite humane (pay for the whole day, and ride as much as you want), and it was quite possible to go several times even with a limited budget.

thanks again! July because the sea is warmer. Is there a difference end of June or beginning of July? what does it mean that the hotel was replaced, what kind of overlays? what were you in? did you like it? Is it more convenient to eat breakfast + dinner or breakfast on your own 3 * or 4 *? how and how much does it cost? I can’t figure out for 14 days to sit and think either excursions or food

The warmest sea will be in August. In July, there is no fundamental difference, the beginning or the end of the month. We were in 4 * Bernat II (my review http://www.turpravda.com/es/kosta_brava/Bernat_II-h8464-r6175.html), and went to Blaucel 4 * (but this is not the Costa Dorada, but the Costa Brava, even, rather, the Costa del Maresme). In general, I liked it, but the hotel is old, there are 3 * no worse (for example, Kaktus Playa). If you are with children, it will probably be more convenient for you to have breakfast + dinner, so as not to carry them to the restaurant every day. Lunch or dinner in a cafe will cost, on average, about 15-20 euros per person.

Excursions there are not cheap, though I don’t remember how much it costs, but you can budget 100 euros for each excursion per person, except for children a little less.

The hotel was changed to us, supposedly more rooms were booked than there are (a common situation in the season).

THANK YOU FOR THE INFORMATION! ONCE YOU LIVED NEAR BARS, TELL ME HOW TO PLAN A VISIT TO THE CITY FOR 3 DAYS

I went to Barca 4 times on my own by train and with a sightseeing tour. Trains are a thing, from Calella - 1.5 hours drive, 6 euros round trip from the nose. From Salou - a little more expensive and 2 hours. I didn't have a plan, I just walked around.
I advise you to take a sightseeing tour - they will drive quickly, this is a minus, but at least you will understand where something is. You will be taken to Park Güell, Sagrada Familia Cathedral, ride around the city ... But it's all too fast. Then buy a map and get oriented. After the tour, I did not return to the hotel by bus, and walked for another 4 hours and did not regret it.
In principle, the standard route: the train will take you to Plaza Catalunya. The Rambla Boulevard departs from there (like our Arbat), it's great to walk there! Lovely lanes depart from the Rambla, take a look at them too. You can go down the Rambla to the Liceu theater and further to the old port, it is very beautiful. There is an excellent aquarium (kids and adults like it - I, for example, very much!) and the Maremagnum shopping center (good for shopping). If you walk lazily - you can get 2-3 metro stops.
