I would advise you to read on the Internet about the Sagrada Familia and the house of Mila, and then decide whether it is worth visiting.
Purely my opinion (I understand that now they will throw slippers at me) - and this and that - hyped dummies. Remodels, and the Sagrada is still under construction. House Mila - early 20th century. It must be said that Barcelona is very poor in historical monuments, so “objects” were invented purely for tourists, and people rushing there like a herd, we won’t say who))) In Barcelona, it’s worth visiting Mount Montjuc, and in the Gothic quarter, there is also a cathedral quite old and hundreds of Romanesque buildings. Mila's house can be photographed from the street, as well as the Sagrada, they do not deserve more. But this is only my opinion, I do not claim that it is the only true one.

You will definitely be at the cathedral, probably, they will give you time for an independent acquaintance and visit, I agree that these objects are overly advertised. My favorite place is Park Güell. Montjuic will be shown, but this is also modernity, although done well.

In Montjuic, the most valuable thing is the enchanting views of Barcelona, the port. I also liked Park Güell, but I wouldn’t go to the part where the entrance fee is paid, it was enough for me to take a walk in the park, enjoy nature and silence and admire the green parrots (Amazons) that live there.

On the same day we leave for Madrid. Therefore, I am afraid that the sightseeing tour will be limited to the Gothic quarter. Maybe on the day of arrival for a quick trip by yourself or to Park Güell or to see the cathedral? We'll only make it to one place. Can choose where it is more convenient to get. It makes no sense to take a bass tourist for a few hours. Just very little time in Barcelona. Can you please tell me the best way to use it?

I wouldn’t go to Park Güell specially, as for me it’s more for relaxation than for a mandatory visit. If you choose 1 place, I would stop at Montjuiqueb from there you can take a picture of Barcelona with all the sights, incl. Sagrada, and there is such an enchanting view of the mountain and the port with huge ocean liners ... But Montjuc will take a lot of time (about 3 hours minimum) - you have to take the metro, then the escalator, then the cable car (for a fee, somewhere 14 Euro round trip), and the fortress itself on Montjuc is also paid - 5 Euro ... Another option is to go to the beach, swim and take pictures in the Mediterranean Sea))) Well, or take a walk along the Rambla, buy souvenirs and go to local food -court market. It seems to me that it is better to find out from the organizers what the route of the sightseeing ecucursion is, maybe there is Sagrada (on the way), well, Mead’s house on one of the main streets, most likely you will also pass. And you also need to find out how much free time there will be, then it will be possible to advise something.

The cathedral will be in any review, from the Gothic Quarter there is a promenade along which you can walk to the Rambla with the Columbus monument, and the funicular up the mountain in those parts. I think that they will also bring it to Guell, but they will say more precisely in the company.
