I advise you not to take full board in Spain, half board is better, that is, breakfast + dinner (lunch). Everywhere there are a lot of cafes, restaurants or eateries where you can have a cheap meal.

Costa Brava: Lloret or Tossa. Tossa is better for kids, but Lloret has a water park. And do not take full board, this is not Turkey, but Europe: enough breakfast + dinner.
