We also didn’t manage to go to Zakynthos this year, while it’s hard to get to it from Ukraine. We were on Thassos (you can read my story "unplanned Thassos" - he is one of the last on TurPravda), I liked it, but I still want to go to Zakynthos, after meeting on the photo I wanted to go to Kefalonia. I just love Greece, I always want to go there!!!

I'm in Zakynthos now. Everyone around is advised to drive to Kefalonia. But no one can really tell why to sail from one village island to another village island. That's why I don't swim.

And there is also an interesting bus tour from Zakynthos to Parti and Kalavryta, where we climbed on the mountain railway and had lunch at the mountain chalet restaurant on the way back. Fabulous views pop up in memory and call back. 17 days of beach holidays were diluted with 4 excursions.

I am sure that Kefalonia is a beautiful island and Myrtos beach is a heavenly place. But I could still express my opinion. And maybe it will help someone.
Here is a tiny nameless beach on Zakynthos. There are no people at all. On the left is a boat with a powerful motor, which cost me less than a trip to Kefalonia. (Plus 40 minutes lecture on safety of navigation.)
