I am sure that Kefalonia is a beautiful island and Myrtos beach is a heavenly place. But I could still express my opinion. And maybe it will help someone. Here is a tiny nameless beach on Zakynthos. There are no people at all. On the left is a boat with a powerful motor, which cost me less than a trip to Kefalonia. (Plus 40 minutes lecture on safety of navigation.) Well, by God, this is at least no worse than what we are discussing here. Farther...
We are going to Greece for the first time with our 11 year old son. What to show him? Of course, with Greek flavor.

Be sure to visit Meteora - "hanging" monasteries, high in the mountains. Athens. It's not far, but it's worth it! Excursion to Mount Olympus. If the above seems boring for 11 years old, then I recommend taking a trip on a yacht and visiting a water park near Thessaloniki. Farther...
Good day to all! We are going to Crete as a family in June 2013 with children (5 and 11 years old). Among other excursions we want to visit the island of Santorini. I want to ask advice from "experienced" travelers: how best to prepare for the excursion, does it shake a lot on the boat, maybe it's better to give the children some drugs for motion sickness before the trip, go on an excursion on their own or with a tour operator, what to bring as souvenirs ??? In general, we are interested in any nuances, one way or another connected with a trip to Santorini with children. Thanks in advance for the information.

Please tell me if there are local tour agencies in Paralia with Russian speaking guides (except for Mouzenidis, of course) with acceptable not inflated prices

During our stay, all Russian-speaking excursions were only at the price of Mouzenidis, they went to several offices. If you have minimal knowledge of English or another language, buy from local English-speaking offices 2-3 times cheaper (the cost 2 years ago per person was from 9 euros) and feel free to go. Read the information about Meteora, Olympus, Aridea and Edessa in advance on the Internet. And there you will watch more than listen. In general, we went to Olympus with Poles and Romanians a ...
