We will be staying at this hotel in January 14. according to reviews they write - bad enough English to understand.
P.S. in Soviet times, working in a hospital for foreigners without knowing English and everything is normal, there are gestures - a national language. Buy a phrasebook in Sri Lankan and you will get around everyone without English. Good luck!!!!
