We rested in Kalutara in December 2013 - the most season, as the sites wrote. So for 2 weeks it was one and a half sunny days, the rest of the time it was overcast and light rain from 3 o'clock in the afternoon. We were in shock, I got a better tan in the country than on this vacation. The local guide said that it's not raining, it's just the weather)):
