We are going to the hotel on the 20th of November. I am traveling with my husband and our 3 year old daughter. I am interested in the weather at this time, whether there are big waves in the ocean in November. Is this hotel child friendly? What should you definitely pay attention to before traveling to Sri Lanka with a child? We also decide on nutrition, choose between breakfast and breakfast-dinner. We rested there from 13 to 27 November. The ocean was always wavy, of course, you can’t enter it with a child, besides, the specificity of the ocean is that it draws in, and does not push it ashore like the sea. It is very difficult for an adult to stand on his feet. The hotel itself is very good, a very large green area, there is a playground with slides for children. In general, quite a lot of people rested with children, they themselves were surprised, with such a long flight .... I liked everything very much about food: we took only breakfast, because. I wanted to try all kinds of seafood. But the breakfasts there are very diverse (pasta, potatoes, rice, meat, scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs are prepared right in front of you, a variety of buns and a lot of all sorts of vegetables and fruits). Outside the hotel there are many restaurants, cafes, of course we can’t call them that)))) it was immediately a little dumb to eat there, but everything is cooked there very tasty. Take nuts and seeds with you, the child will feed the squirrels, they are tame and there are a lot of them. As for swimming, I would be careful with a small child, a very strong outflow current.

Excellent food, especially for children, in Unawatuna in the Provence mini-hotel. We are currently resting in it. European cuisine, cooked by the owners themselves, and they are Russians. The pools are ok. There are essentially two hotels, in the 4-ke there is a smaller pool, in the 5-ke there is more. Interesting excursion to the lake by boat. There is a temple on an island with squirrels that can be fed with bananas and a cinnamon factory on another island, showing how it is mined. Beautiful, the lake is called Madaggnna.
