Where to go shopping?
Hello! We are going to Thailand on November 19th. The tour is combined, on the way back on December 1-2 we will be in Bangkok / the hotel is not yet known /. Tell me shopping centers where you can buy inexpensive, but high-quality things. In the reviews I read about BigS. BigS is not the same as our "Lenta" or "OK"? What about markets? I read that you can’t measure things on Chatu Chuck, how is that? In general, please, tell me something optimal, where most of our tourists go. Because you don’t want to rush all over Bangkok! We plan one day of excursions, and the other for shopping.

There are either cheap, not very high-quality things in the markets (Pratunam, Chatuchak), or good large shopping centers with branded brand stores, which, for sure, are also represented in your city. Big C is a large grocery store with several rows of T-shirts, shorts and shirts.
You can measure on Chatuchak, but this is a big flea market. You can go once for the sake of interest or for Indian, Thai handicrafts and souvenirs. I bought embroidered pillows, tablecloths, Indian candlesticks, pareos, garlands and other nonsense there. There are no good clothes and shoes.

Good afternoon. There are a lot of shopping centers in Bangkok where you can spend more than one day. Siam-Paragon - mostly expensive brands, CentralWorld are close to BTS stops (ground metro). Large shopping MBK Center - prices are simpler here, in some places it looks like a regular market, mostly I haven’t seen good shoes in MBK. There is a shopping center near Bayok Sky Hotel. Sometimes you can buy a good thing in BigS if it's a big mall. For electronics, go to Pantip Plaza IT Mall. Not far from Pantip Plaza there are also shopping centers with clothes and shoes. Look also at the Bangkok website http://www.bangkok.com, there is information about shopping centers.

I do not advise you to go to Siam - brands are expensive. I wrote in a previous post - MBK and Platinum, both in the center.
