I was on holiday in Hua Hin.
1. The city is clean, cultured, without prostitutes, you cannot even compare with Pattaya. It is the summer residence of the king.

3.Hotels are a flexible question. Who needs what. There are high-rise fives right on the beach, like the Hilton, the price is Hilton :) and there are very decent 3 * -4 * 30 dollars a day with breakfast a ten minute walk from the beach.
