What to expect from the weather on November 16-25?

in the guides it is written that November on Koh Chang is the beginning of the season, and in the forecast - thunderstorms day and night for the entire period. This is the half of the holiday we will sit in a bungalow? I can't stand spicy food, I'm allergic to mustard and mayonnaise. Are these products used in food preparation in Thailand? Where near the hotel you can eat non-spicy or European cuisine? Recommend good restaurants nearby. Mosquito repellents are only suitable for Thai or can ours be?

Thank you for your reply regarding Koh Chang and Koh Chang Resort And Spa***. Please tell me more. I was determined to go to this hotel, I like the location. This construction greatly worsens the panorama of the general view of this place ?? And yet, did you like the Prado and is it far from the White Beach ??
