I do not agree with the previous review about Camelot, that it is located in the center. Once I had to spend the night there a couple of nights, the impression is not very good. If you choose between Camelot and Caesar, then definitely Caesar, she herself rested in Caesar 4 times, and if possible, I will go to this hotel again, although it also has its small minuses, but there are much more pluses.

Camelot is not the center (of course, if you do not consider Pattaya Walking Street to be the center). Caesar is located just near Central Street, opposite the Festival. To approach Camelot, you have to walk along a very noisy, dirty, sewer-smelling two-way street on narrow sidewalks, and when you approach Caesar, you walk along wide sidewalks along a wide one-way road. The pool at Camelot is located near the sewer river, it is impossible to be near it. In terms of shopping, all shopping centers and markets are much closer from Caesar. I repeat once again that the Festival is practically in front of it, and this is inexpensive food at any time, which is very profitable!

Locals consider the intersection of the second street and South Pattaya, which starts from the entrance to Walking Street, to be the center of Pattaya. But the central street is called, which is located in the middle of Beach Road and is perpendicular to it. It's not far from Caesar. There is a supermarket called Central Center and it is located near the dolphins. So the center can be called different places. But the local market is closer from Camelot. I often have tourists living there, even now. I can say with confidence that nothing stinks there, the pool is very normal. The rooms have been renovated. I can’t say anything against Caesar either, although the rooms upstairs are not very good, worse than in Camelot. Central Festival is the most expensive supermarket in Pattaya. Only Outlet Mall can compare with it. And there is no need to talk about the cheap food at the Central Festival. There are no dishes for 30 baht. But there is borscht for 100. I recommend going there to eat only for those who fundamentally do not eat Thai cuisine and are looking for Russian. Expensive, but there is. Transport from both hotels is problem-free to anywhere in the city. Only from Camelot you can get everywhere without transfers, but it is impossible to do this from Caesar, only along the first, second and North streets.

I was in it twice and since I myself once faced the choice of Camelot or Caesar, I was glad that I chose the second one. By the way, there is a fruit market 2 steps from it on Central Street, and the prices there are much better than at the "Chinese mall". And here's another thing: as I understand it, these hotels have one owner, and Camelot is older, judging by the beach towels that we once, in 2008, were given out in Caesar. They were written CAMELOT. And on this visit there was a normal marking on the towels. My choice is Caesar!
