Since we had to leave for Kwai at 4 in the morning (2 days), we did not remember about towels for another two days. As a result, after 2.5 days, when we approached Vera (reception), she was no longer able to help us, and said that the forgotten towels were taken away in about an hour if they approached me. And they have records... but nothing about our towels! Result: 1600 baht!
