did an inspection on Crystal. There are 2 of them. Crystal Palace and Crystal Resort and Spa. The first thing that caught my eye was that the staff barely understood my Thai English, which all Thais understand what I want from them. There is no need to talk about normal English or other languages at all. It was only by switching to Thai that I was able to explain what I wanted. Farther. The room was not shown at all in the Palace, they said to go to the Resort, knowing that there is a new hotel and there are only deluxe rooms. Imagine a room in the Palace. The hotel is a passage courtyard of Hindus and Arabs. My wife was in shock. We saw only one like this in Pattaya - Romeo Palace. But there is also mold around, but here it is clean. There is a pool at the top, but small, no one swims there. There was no attitude towards us as agents (!!!) at all. I have never seen such a thing. Staff, who reluctantly took us around the hotel (although we smiled at him very much), simply nodded his head to all questions. We realized that he either did not understand anything, or simply wanted us to fall behind. I represent the attitude towards tourists. The only plus is the location near the road with tuk tuks and very close to cheap food. If you do not sit in it, then in principle you can live. But we really liked the Resort. Photos are not
