It is very difficult to call it quiet, it is really full of guests in the water park, the play area and on the observation deck with a restaurant. But it is quite possible to live, there are better and worse hotels, everything is for everyone and for your wallet. As for excursions, you will have to take it from the operator at an inflated price, since you do not plan to get out of the hotel.
