we rested there in November 2011, we took the iron with us, it was not useful even once, there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. but there was a lock in the bathroom, they wanted to fine it, but we somehow dissuaded it, everything worked out, and in another room there was the same story, but they paid a fine for slamming the door to the bath. Then there were no safes in the rooms, all the money and passports were kept at the reception, the maids stole cosmetics for the 2nd day, so we did not leave a tip anymore and closed the bags.
