about settlement
tell me - is there a question with the settlement? Do I need to give dollars upon check-in? where all the same it is better to go to dinner near the hotel (we are going three adults), it is better to take shampoos with you. or are they normal? Are there no bathrobes in the hotel? Websites write differently. I don't want to carry household items. Tea, coffee to carry with you? Advise on trifles. thanks

In order to really advise, you need to see him. You correctly said that everywhere on the sites in different ways. Therefore, you need to go there and see everything for sure. I won’t be able to tomorrow, I’m taking tourists to the island, and the day after tomorrow I’ll look and write everything. By the way, dollars do not go here, only baht.

There is no housing issue. We arrived at the hotel at 6 am, at 8 already in the room, although according to the rules at 12. The rooms in the buildings all face one side - the pool and a piece of the sea. It differs only by floors. Lived on 4 normally. There is an elevator. I liked the shampoos and shower gel. There are slippers and bathrobes. Tea and coffee were constantly brought. Electric kettle in the room. The view is terrible, but the food was tasty and inexpensive - 200 baht for 2 without alcohol (brought it with you) but with a tip. If you go right when you exit the hotel, then turn right at 1 intersection with a traffic light, then walk 600 m there will be a restaurant with a huge selection of seafood. Everything alive and moving. True, and eat for 2 1500 baht. But a lot of different things.

Thanks Alex, now I don't even need to go anywhere :)))).
That's just the location of this hotel is extremely inconvenient in terms of getting to the city. Keep this in mind.

Ravindra is a wonderful hotel. Rested there twice. If we go again, then only there. The room service is excellent, coffee, slippers, bathrobes, an umbrella, etc. everything is in the room. Even in the evening they bring cookies. We took coffee and tea with us additionally, because we love a lot, and there is enough of everything. We also dined on the beach in a cafe "wrecked". Indeed, the view is not very presentable, but in fact everything is very tasty, of high quality and not very expensive. (For Amir) about getting to the city center, then no problem. Near the entrance to the hotel, you stop a passing white tuk-tuk (I emphasize white) and drive without problems to the Big C shopping center, and then take a blue tuk-tuk and after 10 minutes you are in the center. Knock-knock for one 20 baht. By the way, from the hotel to its gates, you can be easily delivered by electric car at any time of the day. In addition, at the largest shopping centers, upon your preliminary request, you will be delivered back and forth absolutely free of charge.. Ravindra has a beautiful beach, low tides start at 12-12. 30, but they are not very pronounced and you can swim around the clock, which cannot be said about hotels in the center. The food is excellent, the staff is very cultured. For a 20 baht tip each day, orchids were in the room each day. Good luck.

mikhas, only about 10% of tourists in Pattaya risk swimming in the sea. I have been living here for a long time, but I myself have never swum in the Pattaya Sea, because it is not entirely safe. The hotel is not bad, but for the same price or even less you can find a hotel in Pattaya itself, which will be much more convenient and comfortable for the rest that a trip to Pattaya involves.
We provide free transfer to Pattaya shops from ANY hotel in Pattaya. There is no point in living so far away.
For a tip of 20 baht, I myself will carry orchids to your room, because they cost only 5 baht here :)))))))))))))
People go to Pattaya not for a hotel or a beach, but for a drive and excursions. Therefore, it is better to live in any hotel, but closer to all this. Your belongings will live in the hotel, not you yourself. You will only shower and sleep for a few hours. Otherwise, there is no point in going to Pattaya. Go to the islands. But to go to Pattaya and live 10 km from it ... I can’t understand this at all.

Take things to a minimum than last year's collection back and forth to carry, it's better to update here, the quality is for every taste, the prices are affordable. There are interruptions in food: sprats, stew, cheese, sk sausage, natural chocolate, herring, pickles, black bread, bacon, kvass and borscht concentrate, whoever has toxicosis - take it from home. If the products remain, then Amin1 can be exchanged for a tour of the jewelry factory :)
