You can get to the center of Pattaya by Sukhumvit for 20 bt. per person on a tuk-tuk in 15 minutes. And to Mini Siam, for example - on a white tuk-tuk for the same money but 30-35 minutes.

The staff is very attentive and liberal, the only thing is that I’m not sure that they know Russian (I didn’t try Russian with them), but they communicate well in English
