A fresh example - together with a family with a one-year-old child, they rested in Primorsky Krai. Night transfer from Khabarovsk to Ussuriysk by train with the window ajar (there was simply no other ventilation) - Lyalka had a runny nose, they fought with him all week, but it's not so scary. Our trains are not the planes of the same Aeroflot. In winter, a small child would never be taken anywhere, and in September in Thailand it is no hotter than in Turkey and Bulgaria - up to 30 degrees. Of course, if you put a child under the air conditioner on an airplane, then heat it up by the pool, drink juices from the refrigerator and feed it with adult food, then there will be something to remember. But even despite parental carelessness, medicine there is MUCH better than our Russian boarding house and ala grandmother in the village. If my parents have 1 vacation a year, I would go, having prepared in advance. We have been traveling since half a year.

You are lucky - we have a dacha in the forest near Khabarovsk, these are mosquitoes, ticks, midges, horseflies, 100 percent humidity and over 30 degrees in July-August and winter from October to April, or even May. You can't live in a country house. And for me, a Far East resident, it is closer and cheaper to Thailand (6 hours) than to Kyiv and Palanga (from one and a half days). Soviet childhood and the system of summer recreation have long since sunk into summer. Market so to speak. In Pattaya, in addition to elephants and gays, there are many useful entertainments.
