About an independent collective trip to the island of Samet
Please let me know if anyone has already done this. We have a large company going to rest in Pattaya, due to the fact that the city beaches are very dirty, I would like to go to the islands. Reviewed a lot of information about them, Samet liked. (maybe there are similar ones, suggest) We want to go to this island on our own and most likely with an overnight stay (1 day). Tell me, which hotels are budget, and how best to book, on arrival or still in advance? I want exotic, and rather not rooms, but bungalows. Thank you in advance! :)

of course in advance
booking.com to the rescue
buy a transfer at any street agency, they will pick you up where you say, the road from Pattaya costs about 300-350 baht per person, it includes a boat to the island + national park fee
the whole west side is affordable hotels, on the east side are expensive, but very cool and there are not many of them.
it is advisable to know in advance which bay you will be taken to, so as not to go through the polostrov to the hotel.
You can see something like the Malibu hotel or nearby.

thanks for the site, I booked a hotel :) and the price of a one-way transfer?
Can you tell me if my calculations are correct?
for one in 1 day:
hotel room 650 baht with all fees (exact price)
transfer 600 baht if it was supposed to be 300 baht one way
for food 300 baht
entertainment 300 baht
total for one 1850 baht
is that not enough?
thanks in advance for your reply!

well, spend more on food, less on entertainment (they are not there, unless you rent a mask). plus 200 (can't remember exactly) baht one-time entry fee.
the hotel at the price mentioned will be very unpresentable.
